
SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with BattleGuard. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through www.battleguard.co.uk.
1. Delivery Locations
BattleGuard currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation. During busy periods, promotions, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand, dispatch times may take longer. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided during checkout.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated UK delivery times are:

Standard Delivery: Approximately 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service used and circumstances outside of BattleGuard's control.
4. Delivery Partners
Orders are primarily shipped using Royal Mail. However, BattleGuard reserves the right to use an alternative reputable courier or delivery provider where we consider it appropriate, including where this allows us to provide a faster, more reliable, or more suitable delivery service.
5. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £20.
Any applicable delivery charges for orders under this threshold will be clearly displayed during checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
BattleGuard cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.
If you notice an error with your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@battleguard.co.uk. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has entered the dispatch process.
8. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@battleguard.co.uk

Photographs of any damage or packaging where applicable.
We will investigate the matter and work with the relevant delivery provider to resolve the issue. Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.
9. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

Incorrect address details;

Failed delivery attempts;

The parcel not being collected within the required timeframe; or

The customer being unavailable to accept delivery,
the parcel may be returned to BattleGuard. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel needs to be re-dispatched.
10. Delivery Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to delivery restrictions due to legal requirements, safety considerations, or courier policies.
Any applicable restrictions will be communicated on the relevant product page or during checkout.
